Music Video for CRAINE
“End Of the Line”

The Sheffield band CRAINE wanted a performance video with light show and this is what they got. Crowd favourite 'End of the Line' is their first single and is available from itunes and other major download sites with the CD available from Amazon.

The video for was shot in London and utilises a huge shower curtain (I kid you not) with HD back projected animations for effect.

Production workflow consisted of XDCAM 1920x1080 HD 25p from SONY EX1 using SD cards. Transferred to an Apple MacBook Pro with External FireWire 800 HDD.

The edit was done on the same MacBook Pro using Final Cut Pro 6 although we had an Epson HD projector onto a 9ft 16:9 screen as a second monitor! :D

Editing was done in native XDCAM HD then transcoded via media manager to ProRes HQ in 1920x1080 25p.

Grading and mastering was done on my old faithful Dual G5 PowerMac with DeckLink HD Pro™ 4:4:4 PCI-X and a calibrated HD CRT monitor.

We mastered to HD Quicktime, Standard Definition DigiBeta and DVD.

This project was made with Levins Pictures for Halo UK Records.
