Logo, branding & website

Ian Osprey is a freelance Director/Producer with years of television broadcast experience in factual entertainment and observational documentaries. Ian is currently working for the BBC on Doctor Who Confidential.

He is also developing a portfolio of projects for broadcast and commercial clients, working with organisations and communities, as well as individuals and families in extraordinary circumstances to bring their stories to light.

The logo and printed material such as businesscards, letterheads and Curriculum Vitae were created in Adobe Illustrator with additional effects done in Adobe Photoshop and the website was coded in Adobe GoLive.

Los Angeles Final Cut Pro User Group
LAFCPUG Logo Revisoning

The recent push by all who contribute to the largest and most famous Final Cut Pro user website lead to an update of the old logo.

I revisioned the logo and provided several versions based around the original for use on a variety of media and colours.

My brother with the Wacom tablet Joey 'grafixjoe' Morelli provided the update of the navigation menu.

LAFCPUG FAQ Wiki

Alongside the LAFCPUG Logo Revisioning, the Founder & 'Head Cutter' of the Los Angeles Final Cut Pro User Group - Michael Horton wanted to create a more easily navigable Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) part to the website.

After a bit of research it was decided to use a MediaWiki for this purpose.

Resolution Films
Brand ID, DVD & Website

"The recent update of showreel content was a good excuse to create a new website and brand identity for Resolutions Films" says James Lyon Director/Producer.

The logo was designed by Eatcake Design but there was no defined brand identity to the materials upon which it would be used.

I thought a play on the word 'resolution' would work well with the clean sharp line logo style and give plenty of simple but effective effects we could apply to the ID.
